When it comes to Christmas cookies, these are my all-time favorite ones!! These are so soft and chewy they melt in your mouth! If you prefer more of the traditional gingersnap cookies, bake them an extra minute or two, and you'll have them! The cinnamon sugar outside of these cookies are sure to have you eating more than one at a time!
