Banana Bread or Muffins Mix

You know those bananas you bought last week, but forgot to eat? Don't throw them out! Take 3 of them and use them in this delicious mix!! We now find ourselves buying bananas JUST to let them go bad so we can make this again! The whole family is sure to love this mix! This mix does NOT contain nuts, but you are welcome to add in a cup of your own or a cup of chocolate chips to make your own twist!

Mix yields one tall loaf or 12 large muffins.
